Missouri Rush and Camp Director Alex Riggs are excited to be hosting a player favorite program "RushSanity" again this off-season. RushSanity has been a proven program to raise a player's fitness as well as their knowledge about fitness.

Days: Sundays (Girls) - Mondays (Boys) STARTS DECEMBER 1st Girls and DECEMBER 2ND BOYS - ENDS JANUARY 26TH GIRLS & 27TH BOYS
Girls: (Sundays) - NO TRAININGS DECEMBER 29th
Boys: (Mondays) - NO TRAINING DECEMBER 30th
Times: Schedules will released closer to the start of the program. There will be a total of 8 sessions.
Athletes ages 2016-2009 will perform exercises designed specifically to help improve their soccer abilities. Each class is a full-body workout that works both your big and small muscle groups.
Main Focus: warmup, range of motion (injury prevention), and explosive agility training, and muscle endurance. During warmup, players work to prepare their whole body by developing range of motion and balance. The explosive movement part of training will focus on fast-twitch muscles allowing for increased acceleration and more efficient change of direction. Finally, we will focus on muscle endurance so we can keep players engaged in the game for a longer period of time.
Boys sessions will be on Mondays starting December 2nd
