The Missouri Rush Rec+ Program is a learn-to-play program designed for interested players whose skills have not yet reached a competitive level.
This program will provide weekly training sessions led by staff trainers that focus on developing players' skills and confidence. Rec+ creates a controlled, curriculum-based training environment with a small player to trainer ratio.
The Rec+ Program will be a 10 week schedule with training on Monday's and games generally played on scheduled Friday nights. Training times will be from 5:30-6:30 pm. Game schedules will vary but start times will generally be between 6 and 8 pm.
Training dates will be: (any make up dates will be added to the end of the schedule)
March 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th
April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th
Training locations will be at the Missouri Rush Sports Park
Game locations will be at Missouri Rush Sports Park or Gametime Sports in St. Peters
10 Week Program Costs $198.00
Each player that registers will be able to participate in the club's specialty training sessions during the week. If a player is recruited to a competitive team, a portion of the fees paid towards the Rec+ Program will be prorated towards the Rush club fee.
What to expect with registration:
- Each participant will receive training apparel to be worn at each training session
- Rush sling bag
- Soccer ball
- Once a week training sessions with staff trainers (10 weeks)
- Instructional game environment (game days TBD based on participation)
- Player evaluation report
- Skill building homework
- Player pathway to club soccer (where applicable)
Each player will need the following equipment:
- Water bottle
- Outdoor soccer cleats
Program starts the week of March 5th
