RushSanity is a great fitness program that we developed last year that mixes the "Insanity" workout with foot skills. RushSanity is an eight-week session that works on core body muscles. The eight weeks will start at the beginning of January. Each participant attends one night per week.
Length: 8 weeks (January/February)
Where: Gametime Sports St. Peter's MO
When: Monday through Thursday - during the registration process you will be given the choice to select the day you wish to attend. The training is one night per week. The times will depend on the number of participants for the specific days. Days with heavy participation, there will be two start times 6:00pm and 7:15pm. Days with lower participation will have only one start time either 6:00 or 7:15pm. Times will be announced once registration closes on December 28th.
Who can participate: Players of all ages can participate. Since the program is designed around individual performance, it does not matter if you are 9 or 19. We try and put similar ages/teams together but it is not necessary for entire teams to sign up if your son or daughter wants to participate.
