WPSL LEAGUE
SAINT CHARLES, Mo. (Jan. 15, 2026) — Missouri Rush Soccer Club has taken the next step in its long-term player development with the club’s acceptance into The Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) ahead of the 2026 season. The club’s entry into the WPSL creates a new opportunity for elite college and post-collegiate athletes while extending the Rush Player Pathway and elevating the level of competition across the Heartland region.
“Joining the Women’s Premier Soccer League is an exciting milestone for our club. We can’t wait to get started, compete at a high level, and represent our players, supporters, and community with pride.” Nick Teater, executive director, said. “ The WPSL provides an incredible environment for growth and competition, and we’re eager to embrace the challenge ahead.”

Rush & The ECNL
Missouri Rush Soccer Club is a proud member of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL). The highest level of competition for youth players in the country. Missouri Rush has full pathway participation in the ECNL for both Boys and Girls from Pre-ECNL through U19.

Missouri Rush was started in 2012 when two clubs (Avalon and Bino's) united together with the idea of bringing a new approach to St. Louis Soccer. Rush Soccer is the largest organized youth sports club in the world with partner clubs across the country. Rush Soccer is also international with partner clubs in several different countries. Locally, Rush has grown to be one of the three largest clubs in the area in just over a few years. Our vision is to set the standard for player development.
Over the last few seasons, Missouri Rush has added to our family with the addition of Gateway Rush, Wildwood Rush, Troy Rush, Southwest Missouri Rush, Quincy Rush, and Columbia Rush soccer clubs. Adding these clubs helps bring the reach of Rush Soccer in the area to over 4,000 kids.
